This PR adds:

db_resnet50 savedmodel (detection_heavy), to be run with a 1024 size (instead of 512)
opening in postprocessing with a 2 x 2 kernel (for 1024 we should put 3 x 3)
better box dilation algorithm (Vatti clipping algorithm)

We still need to clean everything and add a button to choose between the 2 models
