Volume setting is suboptimal #15

The volume does not always properly reset the global media volume.

One user mentioned idea of having this as a notification rather than media 
sound, need to investigate.

We now use the alarm volume rather than the music volume, so the effect on any 
music playing at the same time has disappeared.

Multiple bell sounds playing at the same time will overwrite the alarm volume 
though.

as of r81, using a proper (modified) VolumePreference to set the volume.
