Mindbell settings should be re-initialised when phone starts #5

If the mind bell is set to "on", and the phone is restarted, the user must
manually restart the application, go to settings and leave them again.

Instead, the update method should be automatically called once every time
when the phone starts, so that the user's persistent settings are applied.

added the functionality, briefly tested. Needs more testing before next release.
