Update Dev Docs #118

  1. Inspiration: Shall I give this a bash?
  2. Shall we add a quick screengrab of the CLI in action to the 'what it does' and a quick screengrab of slack (showing the response card)?
  3. Accomplishments - I'm actually really happy with the test coverage. If we make the repo public we can add codecov.io (in fact, you might be able to add it now, do you want to try?). We should show a coverage sunburst.
  4. Challenges / learned: I've got a few to add which I've tracked as well.
  5. What's next: Looks good, some kind of public testing makes sense. Would also like to refactor out the callbacks, so that the bulk of the code is promise based
  6. Try it out: Let's link CircleCI?

Also, we should back-link to this from the README. Let me know if you are OK with all/some of the changes and I can take a whack at it (edited)
