Resize image with filepicker convert functionality #93

It would be nice to be able to resize images and having them converted to selected size and format/quality. Or why not include Aviary image editing as well.

I'd say there's a better way instead of using filepicker. I've been working hard to implement a function to return a thumbnail instead of giant pic!
