课程相关资料上传 #35

课程与相关资料为一对多的关系，需要支持附件上传，并且能在后台页面上传。还需要能进行简单的添加、删除功能

目前 kc 里 knowleget_net 实现了上传资料的功能，它的实现方式是 使用的 https://github.com/mindpin/virtual-file

https://github.com/mindpin/virtual-file 是一个虚拟文件目录的实现，实际存储目前支持 file_entity 也就是https://github.com/mindpin/file-part-upload

现在这种简单的文件列表，不再使用 virtual-file

集成的时候直接 course 一对多 file_entity

不需要再 kc_courses 中开发什么功能

这个已经在kc-finance里面实现
