According to this page on GNU's website, Apache 2 is compatible with GPLv3 and LGPLv3 (not v2, unfortunately). And this source states that MIT, Apache 2, and MPL shouldn't interfere with each other. Based on these two sources, I vote we should use Apache 2.
That is also my vote. I'm just going to gather and curate some more information and write it all out so we have a wiki related to all the licensing information.
We need to choose a license for this repository. The two most popular choices are Apache 2 and MIT. We have found that the dependencies we pull in have a mix of MIT, Apache 2, MPL, and LGPL which (AFAIK) are compatible with either MIT or Apache 2.
