Application Packaging and Testing Improvements

This pull request include several packaging and testing improvements for this application.

Packaging Improvements

• Moves all code related to the application into a single top-level package called zoom_drive_connector.
• Adds setup.py and associated files required to build wheel for distribution.
• Updated Dockerfile to use multi-stage-build-and-run design. This reduces the size of the output container by not including build artifacts in the final container.
• Better Makefile with correct tagging and the ability to push prebuilt containers to Github.

Testing Improvements

• Adds packages required for testing to setup.py.
• Adds tox.ini. This configures tox to run unit tests against multiple Python versions (3.5, 3.6, & 3.7).

Other Things

• The README has also been updated to reflect these build, run, and testing changes.
• Bumps application version to 1.1.0.
• I think before we merge this, we should run this version in production for a few days to make sure it fully works and there are no unexpected bugs.

@jbedorf I updated the README with the correct package name and the link to the Github help article on how to setup your client to be able to pull images from the Github package registry as well.

In terms of the absolute vs. relative path thing you mentioned to me, that feels a little out of the scope of what I think should be included in the instructions. That's more a Docker specific behavior and not something unique to our project. Besides the example run instructions do demonstrate usage of a full path and not a relative one.

Lastly, have you had the chance to test the 1.1.0 RC yet?

@MrFlynn the changes look good and match my experience. The application is running, first results indicate that everything works fine. I'm waiting a bit longer to ensure it works for all the configured meetings before declaring full success.
