Short description of current behavior

Improve the name requirements for minds

Steps 🕵️‍♂️ 🕵️‍♀️

Add name requirements.
Mind name should start with a letter and contain only letters, numbers or underscore, with a maximum of 32 characters. Spaces are not allowed.
