Fixes #857 from mindsdb issues

Changes have been made under mindsdb-docs/docs/databases/tutorials/AiTablesInPostgreSQL.md
Previously, the PostgreSQL code was not properly formatted. This the previous file.
Added a sql block for the same , find the new file here
