Sampling for training was requested at the time, either by me or Jorge, it was a mistake for me to introduce it before we had a use case, but oh well, my bad.
Almost a year later it has never been used once, so remove it and any tests associated with it, it's actually adding quite a bit of complexity to the already-hard lightwood backend logic.
