Please, provide speed benchmark to Pytorch, TensorFlow and Mxnet. #14

Hi Ashwin,

We had a cifar-10 benchmark out in Chinese description, but as you could guess we run two tests with 1P and 8P Ascend910 respectively and the result is measured in image/sec. We will have English version up as soon as possible

We haven't fully finished "TF/PyTorch/MXNet + GPU" comparison yet but I think there are a lot of public benchmarks. You can compare it with yourself with as much the same baseline as possible :) We will try to put out more benchmarks in the following days, thanks for being patient with us :)

Great to hear. We're all interested to see how Mindspore compares with the other deep learning libraries so a complete comparison would be good.
