What does this PR do?

Fixes # (issue)

Fixed bugs in mindone.diffusers sdxl training to support:

• distributed training
• timesteps bias sampling
• save/resume checkpoint
• snr gamma loss weighting
• RandomCrop data preprocessing
• datasets sharding in data parallel
• make learning rate schedulers take effect
