What does this PR do?

1. Update main readme and examples readme for v0.2.0 release
2. Remove out-of-date models: chatgpt_detector, tuneavideo, tango
3. Update docs for ms2.3.1 adaptation, cherry-pick #730 from @fzilan
4. Fix typo
