What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compiling the sources

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

reaver-1.2 on MacOSX 10.6.8

OS X is not supported.  You need Linux 2.6 with a wireless card that supports 
monitor+inject.  Please see 
http://code.google.com/p/reaver-wps/wiki/SupportedWirelessDrivers for a list of 
wireless drivers that are supported.
