Open gdocbackup site url - error #17

On some system (win2000 & other):

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file 
specified
  at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo 
startInfo)
  at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()
  at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
  at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(String fileName)
  at GDocBackup.NewVersion.linkLabel2_LinkClicked(Object sender, 
LinkLabelLinkClickedEventArgs e)

Causes not clear :(

SOL: Add a try catch
