Possibility to change the text color, to adapt it to different themes. Blue color in some themes may be unpleasant

Thank you for your suggestion, seems it's not possible to change the color for links in MarkdownString or even apply decoration on it. I added background to the key names as some other extensions used to do in version 1.1.3, it should bring confortable reading experience in many cases.
