New Features

Add basic aim assist for bows (temporarily lock onto the nearest hostile mob when drawing a bow, play sounds indicating how much the bow has been drawn and if the target can be shot)

Closes #212

Edit: https://github.com/khanshoaib3/minecraft-access-i18n/pull/39 should be merged before this because it contains fields required by this feature

@Molitvan ~The lines that aren't to be included in the final changelog file should be above the Changelog heading.~

Nevermind this, Boholder seems to have update the workflow to allow stuff to be written after the changelogs as well. I should copy that to stardew access as well.

[Fast Forward CI] 1.21 merged into 1.21... Copied the changelogs from pull request body to docs/changelog/latest.md... Pushed the changes to origin.
