Describe the solution you'd like
The Launcher should allow you to have multiple instances of Minecraft Bedrock running at once. Currently, you cannot use the UI to launch multiple instances, but it works flawlessly if you launch multipole instances of mcpelauncher-client from the command line.
Describe alternatives you've considered
It could only let you launch one instance in a single game directory to avoid corruption.
