Hoe do I install them?

There is no need to install the msa-manifest, because it is no longer used for xbox login in 1.16.20 and later.

All instructions are only for qt5 and not uodated for the qt6 version which exists at the same time.

If you have a steamdeck, no you seem to have no chance to get login working on steam os due to a breaking update. However only all steamos users are affected
