add KickPlayer sub-channel to RedisBungee #54

It would be nice to see RedisBungee allow to kick players from the whole network, like in bungeecord: https://www.spigotmc.org/wiki/bukkit-bungee-plugin-messaging-channel/#kickplayer

yeah sure, i'll be able to do that
