Tweaks not applying on iPhone 11? #5

I am on an iPhone 11 running iOS 16.2 beta 2, released before 16.1.2 - I have tried and successfully used WDBFontOverwrite so MacDirtyCow definitely works. When using dirtycowapp or SantanderMacDirtyCow, I have no success and it never seems to apply the tweaks - despite 0 failures in the race. I have seen another issue with other iPhone 11 users failing to apply the tweaks - is there any reason this would be happening? Happy to test solutions/offer help if you need me to, thank you!

After further investigation, it seems that the file is successfully overwritten - but a respring does not apply the changes. This is a weird issue because using TrollLock reborn and WDBFontOverwrite have their changes applied after a respring - but these tweaks do not 🤔
