fixes sep panic + activation #93

Fixes activation post-restore for devices that get iOS/iPadOS 16 by adding --custom-latest-beta + --custom-latest-buildid 19H12 to all futurerestore commands, and also adds --no-rsep command to fix SEP panics.

This is a temporary fix, once 15.7 goes unsigned all devices that get 16 will be unsupported
