Feature Request: Combine conversation view with tweet details #25

Many people would like to be able to view a conversation with one tap. The conversation view and tweet details view could be merged. This would likely need to be an option. The default behavior on the tablet would be on, and on phones would be off. An option would allow users to choose though.
