Feature Request: Link Menu #73

A menu should be shown when a user taps and holds a link. The menu should include the option to open the link/image in a new card using the default browser or to open it in the inline viewer.

The menu should also include options to share the link much like the share menu for a tweet that we have already.

I've just finished this. You can tap and hold to bring up the menu, and there is also an option in preferences to always show the menu.
