Add support for Terraform v1.0.0 #32

Terraform 1.0.0 is an extension of 0.15.5, and this module is compatible with this version.

Hi @dinakar29 , thanks for your contribution! In order to test and upgrade to Terraform v1.0, a few more steps are necessary. However, since we were already started to upgrade our library to Terraform v1.0, I am gonna close this PR.
