Notable changes:

Updated code structure to minimize clutter in the file participants modify (submission_test_code.py and submission_train_code.py)
Update README to reflect new tracks
Update docker scripts to work locally (removed AICrowd flags). @skbly7 is this ok?
Updated Pyro stuff to work with new MineRL version
