Doc.test.2 #40

missing files needed for doc.test.1. doc.test.1 and doc.test.2 include all changes. all previous pull requests should be ignored. I would delete previous pull requests but i do not think i have permissions. if i do, i shouldn't as i am not a comitter for steppy.

Hi @bcottman, I can see that you closed #24 with Scalers. So what is the current state of scalers and their docs? Are all the changes in scalers included in this PR?

Yes. Look at rather long winded PR doc.test.1 and test.doc.2. They include closed PR. Also Pr I Steppy-tools
