added tables and calculations for cow requirements #2

I've added all the table data from the sheets and implemented the calculations for the cow requirements. These uploads show that the calculation matches what's expected:

Concentrate intake (Max) and NDF intake have fixed values in the sheet - no calculations. When this is updated, I'll add it in.

Next step now:

  1. Instead of closing the cow requirements pop-up, I'll add a button that directs the user to enter in the feed details (fodder and concentrate).
  2. I'll also display the cow requirements as a table on the bottom of the page.
