Add -q option to suppress printing README.md #26

This may be generally useful for those:

executing d4m-nfs.sh as part of a larger, scripted workflow, and
wanting d4m-nfs.sh steps to print, but not README.md

Usage:

Running ./d4m-nfs.sh -q will omit printing README.md to standard output

@nbr this looks good, I was thinking about adding a verbosity level or a full on silence option. Will merge this, if I add those later, then probably will make it an alias option.
