Wait for the d4m-mount-nfs script to finish a bit more cleanly #52

In some situations, it would run the script over and over again. This prevents that and waits in a maner equal to what d4m-nfs.sh does.

Also, this manually create the apk-cache directory in ${LIBDIR} so that the ln in the script actually works.

@dbingham thanks for your work, since this part was contributed and we don't know it, it has fewer eyes on it.
