add nether armor and nether shield #65

This pull request adds nether armor and nether shield to the list of possible armors and shields. The stats of the nether versions have the same values as the stats of the crystal versions. But feel free to adapt.

Just realized, that crystal was a bad template for nether armor/shield. I have now modified the values, to fit more the idea of nether.
