Odd looking corner blocks (need input) #20

nm ^This is what corners look like now... Not too good... let me try and fix it. hf1 ^Good... hf ^Very good...

Which do you think looks the best? I personally prefer the bottom one, but IDK... There are other ways, but I'd though I'd ask you all if you have a preference. BTW, I can push the change (or maybe not) once it is decided.

Are you talking about adding a top and bottom textures? I like that idea. Of the three screen shots I like the one in the middle; The others look misaligned. 201605144

The issue with the middle one is that it does not look like actual bricks would.

^^ This is what real bricks on a corner would look like. I can also throw in some variation, that is no issue...

I pushed the third texture. Give it a look over.

The third one is definitely the best (both on the sides and on top)

Honestly I think I made a mistake when I made the corners look bricked. Consider a return to the original castle "look". screenshot_20160514_210315

That is another good option (I thought of it initially right? :D ), and I might do it, but for now, I will stick with the brick ones...

yes you did! I dont remember why I changed the way they look when I did the 16px textures, but your original textures design look better to me.

Hey, if you'll make a good looking corner (similar to the current one, as I really like this one) but with the old layout, I'll take it with pleasure.

I think the "bricked" look is better. It looks nicer, and it's what I suppose people would do in reality anyway.

Reality... For a castle, no... For average buildings, yes... I Seeing as it is a castle mod, I honestly prefer the original, but IDK...I'll play around with both of them. For now, the brick one is the current one.
