Fix comparing items with their aliases

This PR finally fix the https://github.com/minetest-mods/craftguide/issues/91 for me.

• function item_in_recipe() always resolve the registered aliases before comparing.
• function get_recipes() resolve alias in case recipes should be shown for aliased item
• function fields() does resolve alias before comparing to data.query_item
