Only one player in chown on the IRC channel

Hello, On my server, I am the only player that is shown on the IRC channel. Meaning that:

The messages said in-game appear on IRC only if they are said by me;
The messages "* [player] joins the game" and "* [player] left the game" appear only if I was the player.

However, everyone is able to send messages using /irc_msg.

Could you help me ? Sorry for my bad english... Thank you, paly2

Sorry. It was a problem due to my IRC client.
