Added a dialog showing cuttable materials #131

Hello, This PR is about adding a dialog that show the list of cuttable materials. The itemlist.lua file is generic and reusable. It is too small to make a mod of it yet but, (much) later, it could be a part of a form library.

PR updated according to SmallJocker comments on a similar PR on letters mod.

You could also put this dialogue into an additional mod which would then be an optional dependency for the mods where it could be used.

As @SmallJoker said, I think it's a better idea to have a dedicated mod for this feature. More Blocks is large enough as it is :slightly_smiling_face:
