Support for Minetest 5 #24

If player_api is found, the new model is used, else the old still remains.

@SmallJoker do you think it is still the right way or should I remove the old models and support for minetest-0.4, since the 5 is released?

@bell07 There are still many players who didn't update yet. For that reason it would be best to keep the old models for some months so that they can have a smooth transition from 0.4.x to 5.x. Although, nothing helps if there are a few people who never update mods until everything breaks.
