Why players with fast privilege can't sprint? #30

On my server I deleted this line, because I want to sprint even if I have fast privilege: https://github.com/minetest-mods/stamina/blob/6ee95f9bb888ac4b69a4b8fcf951dd6a648d94a4/init.lua#L324

It seems like this could be a config option. That should be pretty easy for someone to implement; any takers? I'd recommend keeping the current behaviour as the default.
