Idea: Move all crafting to the workshop #103

What do you think of letting all crafting happen in the workshop?

This would allow us to avoid thinking about different recipes, it would allow more fine-tuning of the needed ingredients, and it would add a bit more realism.

Additionally, this would solve the problem of recipe conflicts.

I'm looking forward to your comments!

Sorry about my inactivity, I'm still really busy. I hope this will get better after easter...
