Chainsaw should saw fences and markers #515

Chainsaw Mini does not saw Ethereal NG's fences and Markers' markers.

My bad: I hadn't used the normal Chainsaw, only the Mini one. Because this is the same as with wood, it would make using chainsaw near a wooden house dangerous. Mining Drill Mk1 is enough.
