In the readme clarification thread you explained the only confirmation is that the queue size increases. However, this also happens in other occasions when new tree nodes are discovered. Could you add some other notification, ideally in the position of the block that has just been dug?
One idea could be to replace the freshly dug trunk node with a fake block for about one second (maybe planks?), or display a fake axe (in dropped item style) hovering in its place.
