Experienced the issue the woodcutting was fast if I used showel instead of axe. Found the "diggable" was ignored and delay time 0 used.
Now it is like manual digging. In case of wrong tool the hand capabilities are used. In case of not breakable by hand the woodcutting wait and do noting till right tool selected or cancelled by key.
