Stairs fix #113

Recently, the workbench has delegated the creation of inner and outer stair blocks to the stairs mod. However, this has resulted in the item names for those blocks changing, resulting in lots of unknown nodes all over our server. This change should fix that by aliasing the old name to the new name.

I should also state that there's at least one kind of corner stair block (from default:stone_bricks) that this update didn't fix. As such, it's not ready to be merged.
