Fixes BLS issue 199 https://github.com/BlockySurvival/issue-tracker/issues/199

Added an allow_metadata_inventory_take callback that stops players stealing honey from a protected area

Well.. do they? I always found this very helpful when starting on a server. Honey is renewable and produced relatively fast and fills the hunger bar quite fast.

It's okay to have the hive protected but the honey should not be. Embrace the risk of stealing.

@kilbith If I want to embrace the risk of stealing I would leave it unprotected
