Edit API files according to all changes in "lua_api.md" up to https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/91134015e77485bd991c1b278b7045fcd5e6253a (last before Minetest 5.8.0 release) and "lua_api.txt" since Minetest 5.7.0 release.

Also small corrections of already existing texts included to make them displayable and readable in LuaLS hints.

Looks good, but didn't check too much.

Kinda waiting on https://github.com/minetest/minetest/issues/13926 to invest myself more in API headers :grinning:
