built-in lightweight matrix client #6

long term goal, but lemente suggested this to me on matrix lol

tl;dr would be to include a lightweight matrix client (there's already JS libs for this) that would autoconnect to the minetest rooms. suuuuper basic functionality, (probably) no dms, only those rooms, keep it as simple as possible and probably irc-like
