Content warning hint is cut off if translated #542

Summary

In the content warning edit field, there is a text saying this:

Start typing to see suggestions

But if you use a non-English language where the translated string is longer (in absolute pixel widh) like German, the translation is cut off. In German, only a part of the translation is visible.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Switch to German
  2. Edit any thing
  3. Clear the content warnings
  4. Look at the text.
