Improve `.gitignore` #208

Add Jekyll 4's jekyll-cache/ folder.
Reorder to put directories first.
Remove entries not specific to the project in question. For those entries, a global gitignore entry should be used on the user's system instead.

Ignoring patch files by default would still be a good idea to ensure users without a new setup or lack of a global .gitignore entry would accidentally commit those files. Can't say much about the other changes. Looks good, I suppose?
