Remove dead link (404) in Education #236

I can't find a cached version on the Wayback Machine. Feel free to check, but I'm not sure if the article was cached anywhere.

Hi, just a heads up in case y'all wish to re-add the article link. It appears they just removed the date from the URL. I found the article at the following link: https://www.ocsmag.com/mining-for-education/
