In light of the recent censorship and instability of Twitter, it is not a safe site to recommend to our users.

To do: I need archive.org to finish in order to replace one remaining mention of Twitter

It's now a billionaire's playground with arbitrary moderation. Twitter banned journalists covering Elon Musk. The final straw is that it no longer allows linking to Mastodon, Instagram, or Facebook, or sharing usernames on those platforms. Walled gardens like this are anti-freedom

This situation reminds me a lot of how Freenode seized control of channels migrating elsewhere
